Readiness Assessment Instructions
The Readiness Assessment looks at an organization's policies and practices related to safety and risk management, to even include such things as supervision and the flow of communication. The results will allow your Commander to identify problems early and intervene to solve them. Your input is anonymous and you will not be asked by anyone about your specific responses. Not even your demographic information will be seen by the Commander. Click on the link below to start the assessment.

ATTENTION:

Battalion representatives must contact the U.S. Army Combat Readiness Center POC to complete unit registration prior to participation in the program. The Readiness Assessment is unit specific. To access the assessment program you must ensure you have an Assessment Access Code assigned to you and issued by your unit.
